Our Illusion

i framed
our illusion

with fleeting peals
of idealized
allusion

a restless zeal

lavishly adorning
lucid visions
elusive

so obscenely ornate

even
the great daydreamers
shuddered

hushed
beneath clouds
of shamble

wept shadows

shed
without shame

  1. This reminds of the words I expressed and how foolish I feel now looking back. I wonder if they were foolish and wasted sometimes, but that’s what I felt and it just poured out. I enjoyed this.
